1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Resumble ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Resumble is a web-based platform that helps users create, edit, and manage professional resumes using artificial intelligence. Our services include resume building, AI-powered content suggestions, resume analysis, and job application tracking.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service, including resume content, personal information, and other materials ("User Content").

4.2 License to Us

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This includes using AI to generate suggestions and improvements for your resumes.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or create content that:

  • Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI to generate resume content and suggestions. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI suggestions
  • You should not include false information in your resume

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned byResumble and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refund Policy:
  • Subscriptions (Pro Monthly): We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
  • Lifetime Access: Lifetime plans are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that the service has not been significantly utilized (e.g., excessive downloads).
  • One-Time Packs (Job Hunter Pack): Due to the immediate delivery of digital credits and downloadable content, pack purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been used or any content has been downloaded.

To request a refund, please contact support@resumble.com with your order details.

Payments are processed by secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Paddle). We do not store your full card details.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESUMBLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resumble and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
