1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Resumble ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Resumble is a web-based platform that helps users create, edit, and manage professional resumes using artificial intelligence. Our services include resume building, AI-powered content suggestions, resume analysis, and job application tracking.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service, including resume content, personal information, and other materials ("User Content").

4.2 License to Us

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This includes using AI to generate suggestions and improvements for your resumes.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or create content that:

  • Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI to generate resume content and suggestions. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI suggestions
  • You should not include false information in your resume

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned byResumble and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.

7. General Terms for Subscriptions and Services

Subscriptions and one-off services (such as the "Job Hunter Pack" or "Pro Lifetime") are non-returnable except as provided in the Refund Policy below. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be paid for any remaining active subscription period unless required by law. An internet connection is required to use and manage your subscription. Without an internet connection, the Service may be unavailable. Subscription pricing is subject to change. New pricing for subscriptions takes effect upon the renewal of your subscription.

By upgrading to a chosen Subscription or One-Off Service, you grant us an explicit consent with using the Services before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period and declare that you have been informed that your right to withdraw from the contract within the above 14-day period cannot be exercised once you have started using the paid features (see Section 14).

8. Monthly Subscription

Monthly subscriptions are available for our "Pro Monthly" plan at the price indicated on our pricing page. Your monthly subscription will start after receiving your payment and will continue for a period of 30 days. When you purchase a monthly subscription, auto-renew is automatically enabled on your account. At the end of the monthly subscription period, you will automatically be charged for an additional subscription term of 30 days. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you must cancel it prior to the end of your current subscription term. You will retain access to the Pro features until the last paid period expires.

9. Job Hunter Pack (One-Off Service)

The "Job Hunter Pack" is a one-off service available at the price indicated on our pricing page. This service grants you specific allowances (including resume credits and watermark-free export unlock quotas) as detailed at the time of purchase. The service starts immediately after we receive your payment. This is a non-recurring payment and does not auto-renew.

10. Lifetime Access

"Pro Lifetime" is available at the price indicated on our pricing page. This is a one-off fee that grants you access to Pro features for the lifetime of the Service. "Lifetime" refers to the duration that the Service remains active and supported by us. This is not a subscription and does not renew or incur recurring charges.

11. Payment of Fees

Only valid credit cards or other payment methods acceptable to us may be used. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated card or method and authorize us (or our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com or PayPro Global) to charge your order to that card or method. If the card cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.

Our prices do not include third-party fees you may incur in connection with using the Service, such as Internet access fees or currency conversion fees charged by your bank.

Our order process is conducted by our authorized online resellers. Depending on your location and transaction, the Merchant of Record for your order will be either Paddle.com or PayPro Global. The specific Merchant of Record will be identified clearly at the time of purchase.

12. Changes in Fees

We may change the price of any Subscription or Service from time to time. For recurring subscriptions, we will provide you with advance notice of any price changes. Any increase in charges for the same Subscription would not apply until the expiration of your then-current billing cycle, unless otherwise specifically provided in our notice. If you do not agree to pay the new price, you may cancel the Subscription before the price change goes into effect.

13. Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by closing your account and discontinuing your use of the Service. Your account may be automatically cancelled after 5 years of inactivity. We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your right to use the Service, or any portion thereof, and to block or prevent your future access to and use of the Service if you violate these Terms.

If you close your account, you may request to renew your access within 30 days from such closing. After 30 days, your account and data will be permanently erased.

14. Refund Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you have a right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the moment of conclusion of the contract without giving any reason.

Waiver of Right of Withdrawal:

Please note: By granting consent to commence the provision of the Services or by using the Services (e.g., performing a resume download, utilizing AI generation credits, or accessing premium templates) before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided or performance has begun.

Therefore, if you have used any premium features during the 14-day period, you are not eligible for a refund. To exercise the right of withdrawal (if you have not used the services), you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement to support@resumble.com.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESUMBLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resumble and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the applicable Merchant of Record for your purchase is established (as identified at checkout), without regard to conflict-of-law provisions and without limiting any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

19. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
